Do I own everything you set up?
Yes. Every account is in your name and you invite me in as a helper. When we're done you can remove me any time. Nothing about your setup depends on me.
Will this bring in customers?
I can't say. Nobody honest can. What I do is careful setup, a full test, and clear instructions, so the tools work the way they should. What happens after that is your business.
How much does it cost?
Two prices. The Open Sign Setup is $600 one-time and includes everything. After that, the optional Open Sign Club is $199 a month, and you can pause any time. Tool costs (a domain, an email plan, a Claude plan) are yours, and I list them before anything is bought.
What tools do you use?
I start with the tools you already use. For hosting, payments and email, I can work with your current provider or help you choose one that fits your business. You own every account, and I show you any cost before anything is bought.
Can you set up online payments?
Yes, if you sell online. I can set up Square or Stripe checkout and help connect it to your customer email system when your provider supports that automation.
How long does a job take?
Most one-time jobs are done in 2 to 3 weeks after you send what I need. I don't take on more than a couple of jobs at once.
What if I need help after handoff?
Fourteen days of free fixes after handoff. After that, the Open Sign Club covers your updates, or I can quote a one-off job. You can pause your Club membership any time.
How do I send an update request?
Email me the change, with photos or text if you have them. I add it to your list, work on one request at a time, and let you know when each one is done. Your monthly report shows everything that was finished.
Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. I handle all the setup. On a screen-share I walk you through what's been done and where to find it. You get a handoff sheet with plain-English instructions for the handful of things you might want to change later.
Can I update the site myself?
The site files are yours. If you have someone who can edit HTML, they can change anything. For most small businesses, it is easier to send the change to me as an Open Sign Club member.
